ECHN’s open access program is comprised of a team of clinicians who will complete a comprehensive assessment and talk with you about our services and available programs. Together, we will develop an individualized care plan designed to improve your well-being.

Adolescent Open Access Program

Our adolescent open access services are available on a walk-in basis to adolescents (age 12-18) in need of non-emergency behavioral healthcare. Located at Manchester Memorial Hospital, adolescents and their parents/guardians should arrive any weekday by 11:00 a.m. (12:00 p.m. during summer hours) for a comprehensive evaluation with one of our clinicians.

Our adolescent open access services provide treatment programs, outpatient therapy and specialized groups. We welcome and support family/caregiver involvement in your child’s treatment and work with community providers, pediatricians, schools and other service providers involved with your child.

We offer specialized Dialectical Behavior Therapy/Trauma Informed services for the following adolescent conditions:

  • Anxiety
  • Attention Deficit and ADHD disorders
  • Autism related disorders
  • Bipolar Disorder
  • Depression
  • Grief and loss
  • Family therapy
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
  • Substance abuse

Adult Open Access Program

Adults facing a behavioral health issue can be seen without an appointment at our 150 North Main Street office in Manchester. Plan to arrive any weekday at 8:00 a.m. for a comprehensive evaluation and to discuss your concerns with both a clinician and psychiatrist.

Our adult open access services provide treatment programs, individual therapy, specialized group therapies and family and couples counseling.
Our specialized program aim to treat the following conditions:

  • Addictions including Suboxone® and Medication Assisted Treatment
  • Bipolar Depression
  • Depression
  • Eating Disorders
  • Geriatric / Older Adult
  • Grief and loss
  • Marriage and family counseling
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
  • Schizophrenia
