Our employees make the difference to the people we care for and the communities we serve. They are our greatest asset and the key to our success. ECHN is pleased to offer comprehensive Employee Benefits to all eligible employees. These Benefits are designed to provide peace of mind and protection from unplanned life events, offer resources towards financial stability and promote good health.
If you are looking for a nursing career at a community hospital with opportunities for advancement, consider Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN). Our network of hospitals, as part of Prospect Medical, includes 20 hospitals in six states, with two of these hospitals located here in Connecticut. Manchester Memorial Hospital and Rockville General Hospital both provide our nurses with job, location and career flexibility.
Graduate Nursing Opportunities
Although ECHN does not have a graduate nurse program, we encourage recent graduate nurses to apply to open registered nurse positions. A graduate nurse can apply for any open registered nurse position as long as they have proof of transcript or letter from an accredited school of nursing.
