Adolescent Partial Hospital Programs and Intensive Outpatient Programs

Located at Manchester Memorial Hospital, these unique programs are designed for adolescents who require more intensive therapeutic services, but don’t require inpatient hospitalization. Both programs offer comprehensive treatment in a structured and supervised therapeutic environment.

Our team is comprised of board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrists, licensed therapists and mental health counselors who meet with patients to work on a variety of therapeutic modalities, including:

  • DBT skills groups
  • Functional therapy groups
  • Group therapy
  • Individual and family sessions
  • Substance abuse groups

Patients enrolled in our intense outpatient programs (IOP) meet three hours a day, three or four times a week.

Patients enrolled in our partial hospital programs (PHP) meet four hours a day, five times a week.

Parent/Caregiver involvement is an essential component of treatment in PHP and IOP.
