Older Adult Behavioral Health Unit

This unique unit addresses a growing community health need. Patients and their families work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create and follow a personalized care plan that seeks to restore mental health by creating new behaviors.

Our team of geriatric psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, internal medicine physicians, licensed social workers and occupational therapists, care for patients on a continuous 24/7 basis, and work closely with each other to restore patients to the highest level of functioning as quickly as possible.

We are able to treat conditions including:

• Bipolar disorder
• Dementia
• Psychosis
• Severe depression
