Center for Wound Healing & Hyberbaric Medicine

At ECHN’s Center for Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Medicine, we understand that the causes of wounds are complex and varied. Our goal is to identify the barriers of healing in order to successfully help accelerate the healing process, and manage recurrence. Comprised of a dedicated team of doctors, nurses and experts in all of the major areas necessary to treat chronic wounds, each patient is thoroughly evaluated, and along with a patient’s medical history, our team works closely together to develop a treatment plan specific to each patient’s needs in order to manage pain and promote healing and ultimately improve activity.

A Healthy Partnership: RestorixHealth

Known for excellence in all aspects of wound care, RestorixHealth is one of the nation’s leading providers of management services for comprehensive wound care, amputation prevention and hyperbaric medicine. RestorixHealth brings more than 20 years of experience in wound care, currently managing more than 200 wound healing centers in hospital and health systems throughout the country.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is an innovative treatment for patients with wounds that do not respond to standard wound care treatment. Patients are enclosed in a hyperbaric chamber and breathe in 100% pure oxygen to saturate their blood plasma and boost their body’s oxygen-dependent wound-healing mechanisms.

New Patient Resources

Most wound treatments are covered by insurance plans, Medicare and Medicaid. If you are a new patient, please bring these items with you to your first appointment:

  • A list of any medications you are currently taking and any known allergies
  • Medical records (including x-rays) if you have received copies from your doctor
  • Insurance card
