Post-rehabilitation maintenance program
Follow-up care is available on a self-pay basis to those who have completed the formal pulmonary rehabilitation program. The goal of this program is to encourage patients to maintain the exercises and routine learned during the initial phase of the program, and who want to continue increasing their strength and activity level over time.
Both our pulmonary rehabilitation program and our post-rehabilitation maintenance program require a physician referral before participation can begin.
