Review the qualifications of the position closely to ensure you meet the requirements before applying. 

Application Review

Your application is received by the Hiring Manager. If your application meets and/or exceeds the qualifications required, you will be contacted regarding next steps.


Our process can inlcude a phone interview, on-site interview and/or a shadowning opportunity with the deparatment manager.

ECHN will extend a contingent offer of employment with a request for a pre-employment background check, employment/education verification, medical clearance and drug screen.



Pre-employement can take up to two weeks to clear.

Our HR Specialist will provide a start date based off your Pre-employment CorpCare appointment.


When accepted, you will receive a "Welcome to ECHN" email that includes information on uniforms and your first week schedule.

You will also attend a full-day new employee orientation where you will meet our CEO and other senior leaders to learn more about our culture and ECHN family.

Per Diems will be assigned an online self-study, in leiu of an in-person orientation.
