During an inpatient sleep study, patients will be hooked up to monitors that will measure breathing, brain wave activity, eye movements, heart rhythm, oxygen levels and both leg and arm movements. The data collected from our sleep studies is then analyzed to help properly diagnose your sleep disorder. Upon diagnosis, ECHN sleep specialists develop a customized treatment plan to help you achieve a healthier sleep pattern.
At Home Sleep Apnea Tests
Sleep Apnea tests can be conducted at home, and they monitor breathing and oxygen levels and are designed to help diagnose obstructive sleep apnea. Please note that home sleep apnea tests are not able to assess sleep, sleep disruptions or leg and arm movements.
