Prenatal yoga is a series of gentle and restorative movements to prepare you for the mental aspects of childbirth and beyond. This type of yoga is a powerful tool to utilize in order to benefit the most from pregnancy, and prepare those for their upcoming roles as parents in a new and beautiful chapter of their lives. During pregnancy, your body will experience many changes. While all completely normal, they inflict lots of stress on you mentally, as well as physically. Prenatal yoga is a great foundation of strong mental health to build upon and maintain a healthy body and mind. Join us to be safely guided on your journey, through body and soul, at prenatal yoga.
