Fit For Delivery Free Introductory Class (via Zoom)
It’s back!!! We will resume our Fit for Delivery classes in March. To try out the class, we are offering this introductory class free of charge. Registration and medical clearance are required. Please ask your provider for written permission, screen shot and send to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the class. Once we have your registration and medical clearance we will send you the Zoom link. Class is limited to 12 participants. A description of the class is below.

Our prenatal exercise program allows you to modify your workout according to your fitness level and trimester of pregnancy.
