Planning An Activity

Thank you for your interest in wanting to present a Medical Education lecture for ECHN. In order to prepare for the lecture please email the following items:

• A copy of your current curriculum vitae
• The exact title of your lecture
• A 3-4 sentence summary of your presentation
• Note if the lecture is evidence-based
• The PowerPoint presentation you will present (for the file only)
• Note the intended audience for the lecture
• A cell phone number in case of an emergency

• Please submit your Social Security number
• Please submit the street address at which you would like to receive your payment
