In accordance with the Agreed Settlement with the Office of Health Strategy regarding Docket No. 20-32405-CON, notice is hereby given that Prospect ECHN shall hold a public community forum to provide an opportunity for members of the public to comment on the interim strategic plan for Rockville Campus.

The forum will be held on October 27, 2025 at 6 p.m. in person at Vernon Town Chambers, 14 Park Place, Vernon, Connecticut 06066, and remotely using this link.
