Mental Health First Aid: A How To

Did you know that one in five U.S. adults live with a mental illness? With that high prevalence, it is important for more individuals within our communities learn how to identify and help someone who may be struggling with their mental health.  ECHN Certified Additions Counselor Michelle MacLagan will provide an overview of the full Mental Health First Aid program which teaches someone how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders safely and responsibly.

Please note, this program is being offered virtually. Registration is required.
