Kick-start to a Healthier You! 6 Week Health and Wellness Series
Thinking about your long-term health and wellness? Hoping to start 2022 with a healthier lifestyle? We have the program for you!
Join two of our trained lifestyle coaches for a 6-week program and kick start a healthier lifestyle. You will learn that small lifestyle changes can help you prevent or reverse chronic diseases and improve your quality of life. Each week will address a different topic such as healthy eating, getting active, shopping and cooking, stress management, importance of sleep and more! Sessions will provide opportunities for self-reflection and goal setting to gain awareness of one’s current lifestyle and ability to commit to small changes to improve one’s overall health.
*January 26th, February 2nd, February 9th, February 16th, February 23rd and March 1st
