Learn how to overcome your tobacco addiction while working with a certified facilitator in a small group setting. This program is comprised of eight sessions over seven weeks and includes a participant workbook and other informative materials.

Dates: Mondays, August 15 – October 13 (double sessions the week of September 11, and no class on Labor Day). You must attend the first session to attend the rest of the seven sessions.

Cancellation Policy

We will provide a full refund to registrants who have a medical reason for canceling the class. A $10 registration fee per class will be retained for all other cancellation refunds. To receive a refund, you must notify the ECHN Perinatal Education office at 860-647-4790 no later than 48 hours prior to the first class. No refunds will be given once the class begins.
