Freedom From Smoking
Learn how to overcome your tobacco addiction while working with a certified facilitator in a small group setting. This program is comprised of eight sessions over seven weeks and includes a participant workbook and other informative materials.
The American Lung Association Freedom From Smoking™ program features a step-by-step plan for quitting smoking. Each of the eight sessions is designed to help smokers gain control over their behavior and addiction. Create a personalized plan that will allow you to
quit smoking after the fourth session!

Dates: Mondays, May 2 – June 20 (double sessions the week of May 23 and no class Memorial Day (May 30)) You must attend the first session to attend the rest of the seven sessions.
