Join Registered Dietitian Bridget Sutherland for a discussion on why making little changes to improve the nutrition quality of everyday foods is better than starting a strict or new type of diet. During this program, Bridget will show examples of grocery store swaps so that you have healthier ingredients in your home and will have a cooking demonstration of a few ‘everyday’ meals that can be made healthier.
