Botanical Medicine for Stress

Naturopathic Physician Lauren Young will be discussing how herbs can help with the body’s stress response. She will be discussing how herbs work in the body as well had discuss different ways to take herbs, such as through drinking tea, eating food or taking supplements. Finally, she will explain how herbs can interact with medications and how to safely bring herbs into your daily routine.
