Managing stress is an essential component of a healthy lifestyle and knowing how to manage stress can improve your mental and physical well-being, as well as minimize the risk factors of health-related issues. Diabetes-related retinopathy is an eye disease that affects the retina. Anyone with diabetes can develop this condition. Join Dr. Noam Rudnick as he shares information on the effects diabetes has on your eyes. He will provide an overview of diabetic retinopathy and diabetic macular edema and treatments for both.

This program is for individuals scheduled to have total or partial hip or knee replacement surgery and for those thinking about having replacement surgery. ECHN staff will explain step-by-step the surgery day procedures, recovery care options, pain management and the rehabilitation process. Individuals who will be assisting a loved one’s recovery after surgery are encouraged to attend.

Learn how to overcome your nicotine addiction while working with a certified facilitator in a small group setting. This program is comprised of eight sessions over seven weeks and includes a participant workbook and other informative materials. It is for both smokers and vapers. Sessions are sequential, and participants must attend from the beginning.
