ECHN’s 14th Annual Cancer Survivors Day event – A Celebration of Life
Sep 10, 2017
Save the date for ECHN’s 14th Annual Cancer Survivors Day event – A Celebration of Life. Cancer survivors and the families, friends and caregivers who supported the fight every step of the way are invited to join us for an afternoon of laughter. Our keynote speaker, author and humorist, Gina Barecca, will present “Generosity, Comfort, and Spirit: Why We Need Humor Every Day.”
“Humor allows us to have new perspectives on moments of our lives that are otherwise lost to sadness, fear or misery. Laughing with someone is as close as you can get to them without giving them a hug, and sometimes it can make a hug even better.” - Gina Barecca
This free event will also feature a buffet brunch and giveaways. Pre-registration is required.
Registration opens August 1.
