ECHN Appoints New Medical Director of Child and Adolescent Ambulatory Health Services

MANCHESTER, CONNECTICUT – Osman Qureshi, MD, has been appointed Medical Director of Child and Adolescent Ambulatory Behavioral Health Services at ECHN. Since joining the health system, Dr. Qureshi has been providing exemplary patient care as well as being a superb teacher to medical students. He is highly regarded by patients and their families, behavioral health staff, medical students, and referring physicians.
In his expanded role, Dr. Qureshi will help shape the future of child and adolescent psychiatric care at ECHN and in the community. He is board-certified in psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He completed his residency and fellowship training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Institute of Living, Hartford, Conn.
