A Day of Honor

Manchester Memorial Hospital once again hosted the Town of Manchester’s annual Veterans Day celebration. This is a very special occasion for the hospital, because Manchester Memorial was originally dedicated as a memorial to all Manchester residents who died during WWI. In 1970, it was rededicated as a memorial to veterans of all wars. This year, the Manchester Police Department’s Honor Guard joined the Manchester Veterans Council and proudly marched with them from the American Legion Post to the front lawn of the hospital.
