The 27th Annual Odell Open Golf Tournament Raises Funds To Benefit The Manchester Memorial Hospital Hospice Unit

Eastern Connecticut Health Network’s (ECHN) Hospice Unit at Manchester Memorial Hospital was the recipient of proceeds of $3,000 from the 27th annual Odell Open, held on August 16, 2013, at Blackledge Country Club in Hebron. The Odell Open was founded in 1987 by Elmer L. Odell, Sr. as a way to honor the memory of his wife, Josephine Rombola Odell. One hundred ten golfers, including three generations of the host family, attended the event this year on a beautiful summer day.
ECHN is most grateful to the Odell family for sponsoring this tournament and raising over $75,000 for the hospice program over the years. Special thanks are extended to all individuals and organizations who have supported this event through generous financial support and in-kind donations.
