MANCHESTER, Conn., January 5, 2012 ― Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN) announced today it is back in-network with UnitedHealthcare/Oxford Health Plans after signing a new two-year network participation agreement after months of negotiations. The agreement goes into effect immediately.
