Woodlake at Tolland houses an Adult Day Center operated by Visiting Nurse & Health Services of Connecticut. If you are concerned for the safety and well-being of a frail, elderly, or disabled loved one, this Adult Day Center may be the answer to your concerns.

A medical model, the center offers a safe, homelike environment. It also answers the needs of younger people, especially caregivers who are working adults with elderly relatives they care for or live with.

• Gerontology nurse specialist/home care aides
• Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Transportation available to and from center
• Hot noon meal and two snacks
