Fitness Services at the Glastonbury Wellness Center
The Healthtrax fitness area offers:
- Aquatic center with two pools, whirlpool and sauna
- Two group exercise class studios (prenatal class, yoga, dance, martial arts, children's & adult aerobics classes, and more)
- Multi-sport gymnasium (basketball and volleyball leagues)
- State-of-the-art fitness and cardiovascular equipment
- Family locker room suites
- Youth activity center for infants, pre-schoolers and pre-teens
- Certified instructors
- Personal exercise programs
- Massage therapy

Individuals may participate in educational classes and community wellness programs as members or non-members. The center is designed to be comfortable for those who have either never belonged to a fitness center or have belonged but never felt comfortable.
Call to make an appointment for your free fitness assessment and complimentary exercise class, workout or swim (valid only for local residents 23 years old or older).
