Physical Therapy/Rehab
Recovering from an injury or surgery often requires rehabilitation services such as physical or occupational therapy to promote healing and restore function. ECHN's numerous rehabilitation centers provide services for patients disabled as a result of stroke, cancer, orthopedic conditions, trauma, amputation, and work-related injuries.
When rehabilitation services are needed, patients usually can choose the place where they would like to have their therapy. ECHN offers a variety of convenient locations throughout eastern Connecticut for rehab services and accepts virtually all insurances.
ECHN is affiliated with Team Connecticut Baseball as the official team provider of sports-injury and related health care services. Download this brochure (PDF format) on ECHN's Sports Injury and Related Health Care Services (large file; may take a few moments to download).

ECHN offers skilled and experienced therapists who provide services close to home, with an emphasis on individual care. Once a personalized rehabilitation program is developed for a patient, ECHN therapists will work closely to assist while various exercises are performed.
The ECHN Rehabilitation Services department conducts patient satisfaction surveys. The results of these surveys, which are sent to a random sample of patients seen by the department, indicate high scores of patient satisfaction.
