Kickstart Your New Year's Resolutions: Exercise and Nutrition

Did you make a New Year’s resolution to eat healthier and lose weight but haven’t gotten started? It’s not too late! Physical therapist Alyssa Itzkowitz, DPT, will explain the proper way to begin a total body workout program which includes basic stretching, strength and cardio training as well as basic nutritional advice before and after exercise.
