Heart Talk: Living with Heart Failure

Education and support for indiviuals living with heart failure. Learn how to proactively manage heart disease and improve quality of life. Caregivers and family members are encouraged to attend as well.

The first hour (2-3 p.m.) focuses on education. Topics include diagnosis, symptom management, medications, treatment and healthy food choices.

The second hour (3-4 p.m.) is intended to be a support group discussion on topics including diet, exercise, medication management, cardiac rehabiliation and telehealth.

No registration required.
