The Rockville General Hospital Auxiliary has planned a trip to Westchester Broadway Theatre, Elmsford, New York, to see the musical Guys and Dolls on Wednesday, May 8, 2013. The bus will depart from the Ladd and Hall parking lot in downtown Rockville at 8 a.m. and will return at 6 p.m. The theatre offers dining and top-notch musical talent.
The show is set in the colorful world of New York City in the mid-20th century. Guys and Dolls, is populated with gangsters and gamblers, missionary dolls and beautiful showgirls, and has one of the great musical scores in the history of American theatre, including “Luck Be a Lady,” “Guys and Dolls,” “If I Were a Bell,” and “Sit Down, You’re Rockin’ The Boat.”
The cost of the trip is $95 per person (non-refundable) and includes transportation, a choice of six entrées, dessert, and gratuity.
