VERNON, CONNECTICUT – Eastern Connecticut Health Network’s (ECHN) Rehabilitation Services is pleased to announce that Priscilla Kowal, MPT, CMP, COTA/L, has joined the ECHN Rehabilitation Services team as a staff physical therapist at the Rehab Center at Court House Fitness and Wellness (Court House Plus) in Vernon.

Kowal has a wealth of experience treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions in orthopedic, geriatric, and pediatric patients.

In addition to her master’s degree in physical therapy from the American International College, she is a certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. Kowal is also a Certified Mulligan Practitioner (CMP). The Mulligan Concept is a form of manual therapy that involves specific movements of the spine and the extremities and is used to treat musculoskeletal injuries.
