ECHN held its second annual Mason & Purcell Golf Classic on Monday, July 23, 2012 on the grounds of the beautiful Tumble Brook Country Club in Bloomfield, CT. The  tournament raised over $120,000 to benefit Manchester Memorial and Rockville General Hospitals. The day of golf included lunch on the course, cocktail reception, a live and silent auction and dinner, attracting over 200 golfers.

 




The Jack Mason Memorial Golf Tournament and the Daniel Paul Purcell, MD Memorial Golf Classic have been held annually since the early 1980s. These events have attracted strong support from local businesses and community representatives. The new combined tournament offers an even greater opportunity for community involvement, as well as reducing expenses, illustrating the unification of the ECHN organization, and celebrating the historical merging of two established families in the eastern Connecticut community.
