Each and every donation helps improve the quality of life for your family, neighbors and friends.

The mission of the ECHN Community Healthcare Foundation is to promote and engage philanthropic support for ECHN and its affiliates so they may continue their mission and pursue their vision.

Your donations allow us to go beyond the provisions of our annual budget and purchase state-of-the-art medical equipment, renovate patient care areas, and expand programs and services. Financial contributions ensure the availability of excellent health care for you, your family, and your neighbors and friends when it is needed most. We hope you will find many reasons to direct your support to the programs and facilities of ECHN.

Spotlight on Royal Ice Cream

Ice Cream Socials were held at Manchester Memorial Hospital (MMH), Rockville General Hospital (RGH) and Woodlake at Tolland in September to thank employees for their support of the “One by One” Employee Campaign. The ice cream was generously donated by Royal Ice Cream in Manchester, for which we are extremely grateful. Royal Ice Cream has been a family-owned manufacturer of quality ice cream desserts since 1926. The company was founded by Michael A. Orfitelli, Sr., an Italian immigrant, who forged an honorable reputation of producing Italian ice cream desserts with an American flare. Since 1987, James Orfitelli has been operating the business, making changes and additions to its line of desserts. You can visit their retail showroom at 27 Warren Street Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. For more information and to see their line of ice cream desserts, visit their website at www.royalicecream.com. Phone: (860) 649-5358.
