ECHN offers two program options to help you get started on your recovery process. Our psychiatrists are trained to recognize and treat the specific needs of people struggling with substance abuse. Our programs address mental health symptoms related to depression, anxiety and mood changes commonly seen when people are dealing with addiction. We offer medication assisted recovery services as an option for people experiencing opioid addiction and or alcohol dependence. Your plan of treatment will be based on you and your needs.
The Day STEPS program meets Monday through Friday from 9 am to 1 or 2 pm. Participants usually attend daily when they start, less often as they connect with recovery supports in the community. This group program includes; relapse prevention, group therapy, and coping skill development such as; distress tolerance, emotional regulation, mindfulness, and communication skills. Our treatment staff is experienced and skilled in addictions treatment. You will have a treatment coordinator who will work with you and your family or support system.
Our evening program is designed to meet the needs of people who are unable to attend during the day. Evening STEPS meets on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm. The program design is the same as Day STEPS.
Outpatient Services are available to help you on your path to recovery.
